Stay Fit and healthy this winter

Stay physically, mentally Healthy during this winter. Follow, a healthy life style to keep yourself vigorous and fit, no matter what the weathers are. Averagely, we sleep 6 hours which needs to be more than that say around 8 hours. But in winter, we naturally sleep for more time. An ample amount of sleep is more important to keep you healthy and to boost the immune function to fight against cold.

During winter season you are highly at risk of cough and cold. Therefore, it is highly recommended to drink milk every day to boost your immune system. Milk contains lots of protein, Vitamin and calcium for building a good immune power.

It is really difficult to go out in cold for exercise; Remember one thing exercise not only keeps you healthy and fit, but also keeps you warm in the winter. Also, it benefits you’re joints by making them flexible in the winter. Generally, our hand and feet gets cold in the winter due to lack of blood circulation towards it. They are quite far from your heart. So, do some exercise to keep blood circulation proper and try to keep your hands and feet warm by using the hand glows and socks?

Usually, we unable to drink sufficient water during winter; since, cold weather outside keeps our body hydrated, thus it makes you consume less water. So, decide to drink at least two or three liter water, a day to hydrate or helps your body to function well.

 


Nourish your Eyes, lips, scalp, skin, heals and nails by gently applying some moisturizer to avoid damage. Apply vitamin E and aloe containing moisturizer to avoid itchy and dry skin in this season. Do oiling twice a week for healthy hairs. Cold wind may damage your hair by making them dry, rough and easy to break down. Apply petroleum Gel on your lips and eyes to moisturize and protect form getting dry. Apply olive oil on nails to avoid brittle nails

Consume disease protective antioxidants by including fruits, leafy vegetables, nut and seeds to your diet.

Make an effort to include raw foods such as fruits, vegetables, sprouts, nuts, seeds and fresh herbs. Raw foods provide enzymes, vitamins and disease protective antioxidants.

Eat pro biotic containing food to keep you healthy.

Apart from these health issues know about and the dangerous issues and protect yourself:
  • Cold can raises your risk to heart attack, because our arteries respond to cold by compressing. The Narrow artery reduces blood circulation through the body. This also leads to high blood pressure.

  • To avoid this life threatening dangers consume Vitamin enrich food throughout the winter season.
  • Do regular exercise to improve blood circulation.
  • To keep your body warm use winter cloths and cover your body from wind.

During winter our body internally and externally reacts in different way. Use these simple tips to prevent winter health issues.
