Averagely, we sleep 6 hours which needs to be more than that say around 8 hours. But in winter, we naturally sleep for more time. An ample amount of sleep is more important to keep you healthy and to boost the immune function to fight against cold.

During winter season you are highly at risk of cough and cold. Therefore, it is highly recommended to drink milk every day to boost your immune system. Milk contains lots of protein, Vitamin and calcium for building a good immune power.

It is really difficult to go out in cold for exercise; Remember one thing exercise not only keeps you healthy and fit, but also keeps you warm in the winter. Also, it benefits you’re joints by making them flexible in the winter. Generally, our hand and feet gets cold in the winter due to lack of blood circulation towards it.
